Worst Customer Service

To all the lightspeed Customers, I have been using Lightspeed since 2015 and I was the fist one to introduce lightspeed in Montreal for the dine-in restaurant. We started from 1.0 version of the lightspeed. I was very happy with their service,support and new initiative. I have used lightspeed for my three locations without checking any price. Lightspeed review

Setup was a cinch to do- you were tasked with tutorials which are very friendly. The layout is very customizable and versatile. The drawback is the credit card processors integrated into the system, which is vital for me.

Excellent service and features to improve your work and customers services

Lightspeed offer an excellent service with technical support. It's a gain of time for the inventory gestion and your work organisation. When you are confortable with all the options and features, you can really improve how you work with many suppliers and offer nice services to your customers.

Easy to use

Easy to use. New employees learn quickly. This POS system is not intimidating at all during the initial setup, even if you are not tech savvy. All the features you need plus a million more!!

Scammed/Threatened by LightSpeed, but saved by the Customer Success Manager

Go to Square. Especially if you're a CBD company. LightSpeed promised CBD payments on phone and on their website. Three months and $360 later they did NOT provide. In fact, another salesperson later said LightSpeed doesn't do CBD. She then threatened to charge us more if we didn't pay $60/month more for their new Loyalty Program. New to LightSpeed

We are new adopters to LightSpeed (from Square) and as intimidating as technology can be for some of us who did not grow up using it, we're pretty pleased with the ease of using the system. The most challenging part was transitioning our products into the system and understanding the various back end fields and their purpose. (We input our products manually.) We recommend exporting a .csv file and getting LS support for the product migration, but make sure you give yourself a good 2-4 weeks ...
