This is my personal experience, not secure and reliable

This is my personal experience, on Jan 21 , when opened the register , shocked , sales shows $13000 ! Means took lots of products from inventory , means not secure , and there is no data bc backup . The worst is customer service , today is Jan23 , still no contact from them to say what was the issue , thus , not secure and reliable to use as a inventory management
