The system is not steady and often…

The system is not steady and often flits in and out of service. Also trying to get a replacement printer as our is faulty is like pulling teeth! Customer service response is slow and if its serious then the Canadian side deal with the issue extremely slowly. Will not recommend for our other sites!

Hands down one of the most efficient POS systems out there!

Hands down one of the most efficient, effective and user-friendly Retail POS systems we’ve ever worked with! The LightSpeed team made our switchover to them and setup happen with ease. Their system is cost friendly, reliable and aesthetically pleasing. Training new staff on the system is a breeze. Lightspeed is perfect for our kitchen shop

Lightspeed is easy to use, efficient, and works seamlessly with our credit card processor. It fits the needs of our kitchen shop perfectly as far as inventory management, easy check-out, and detailed reporting. I have been using it for over 3 years and couldn't be happier.

Exceptional Lightspeed experience

I overall experience with Lightspeed has been exceptional. The process to load my current inventory into the data base and be up and running was easy. Lightspeed took over by loading data for me and was there to answer any questions about operations. The menus are easy to navigate. The report options give me data that is useful for running a small business. The customer service is the best I have ever had with an online service.

7 years with lightspeed

i have been with Lightspeed since they bought out merchant os. I really love the interface and how i can customize it. also i like that i can use any cc processor i want as well as it is usable on any phone/tablet/computer that i own. i use a hp touch screen laptop for my cash register and it only cost me $300 or less. I have been using for 5.5 years and love it. Comfy and easy to use and requires minimal training for new staff because honestly, if they can't figure it out, they shouldn't leave their house.

Ideal for retail apparel & manufacturing company

Great all-in-one system for sales, employee and customer management, gift cards, inventory, purchase orders, and more! Exporting to Quickbooks is a breeze. I spent a lot of time researching POSs as this was a huge investment for our company, and Lightspeed had the best value proposition that included sufficient reporting and higher level functionality that more basic systems lacked. I am also impressed with their customer service.

POS for dummies! Honestly all generations can relate and adapt to this interface you can truly customize it to your business model & style! Ease in transactional experience with clients and best part for me it's an cloud based software.
