New to LightSpeed
We are new adopters to LightSpeed (from Square) and as intimidating as technology can be for some of us who did not grow up using it, we're pretty pleased with the ease of using the system. The most challenging part was transitioning our products into the system and understanding the various back end fields and their purpose. (We input our products manually.) The Oustide Store LOVES Lightspeed
After a year of using Lightspeed at our bicycle/ski/clothing store, I can honestly say I'll never change POS systems. The analytics are incredibly helpful when it comes to forecasting next years orders. Adding or checking inventory and processing sales are a breeze. Only drawback we've encountered so far is the lack of integrated payment options. I would 100% recommend Lightspeed for any retail operation!

Easy to use, learn and customise
We are a uniform shop that deals with a lot of backordering and odd orders/workflow, so finding a point of sale system that we could make work for us was quite a challenge, but from the initial demo Lightspeed worked with us to figure out how we could get the system to work for us. Even if at first I found the yearly fee…
Even if at first I found the yearly fee a bit pricy, I would not go back to anything else. My new staff is up and ready to serve clients in minutes of training. The app is easy to customize to your very own and particular situation, everything is self explanatory. Had to call customer service only once in 2 years and they fixed my problem in seconds. this is worth the money even for a very small buisness

Great POS, Easy to Use
We bought this POS to help link and track inventory between our brick/mortar store and our e-commerce store. This was the best decision by far. The price was good and cheaper than the other two brands we looking into. The program is very user friendly and is so easy for my staff to learn and use.
