Always goes down during the busiest…

Always goes down during the busiest times of our day and costs us thousands of dollars worth of customers walking out cause it takes over an hour to come back online and it happened again today but worse an hour before closing.

Ease of use of Lightspeed Software

I chose Lightspeed Retail POS software because apart from system to process my sales I needed an easy and quick way to review my stock levels as well as assess my sales from month to month. Lightspeed did not disappoint. I am able to easily generate reports and I’ve also been able to do away with the cost of engaging an employee to do this. Lightspeed Trust

My bike shop has been using Lightspeed for over seven years and it's our daily driver. This professional and efficient program builds in organization and data in functional, intuitive use. There's not many drawbacks as the general job it does is polished, though customizing some tools would be great to maximize my shop's needs. Reps are always excellent to work with, knowledgeable and helpful. The value is decent and the program is trustworthy.

Lightspeed since 2016 and love it! Best decision ever.

We've been using Lightspeed Retail and eCom for almost 4 years now. Switching to their cloud based POS from our old software was the best decision we ever made in our 40 years of business. Switched from an antiquated POS to Lightspeed POS 2 years ago. Very Happy with platform for our retail stores. Recently switched to their payments and am happy with this change as well (was on Worldpay).

Griffin Jewelry loves using Lightspeed! This cloud based software allows me to check sales & view reports anywhere I have access to the internet. It is easy to look up the status of a work order. I can quickly communicate the status to a customer via text. The report option allows us to retrieve data with the us of an Ipad and the cloud. We can readily track inventory, sales, and work orders. A Great Choice for a Growing Business

I've been using lightspeed for 10 years. I started with lightspeed pos and migrated to lightspeed retail. I went to lightspeed retail because I opened more locations and liked that all locations were linked on the cloud platform. Lightspeed is such an amazing tool

Lightspeed is such an amazing tool. We have both their retail and online portion for our store. If I need any help whatsoever, they will walk me through the process so I can learn it (as I am not tech savvy). We just renewed our after 3 years, I cannot imagine running my business without the help of Lightspeed.

I applied 2 weeks ago, and never got any response. Are they still in business? I've asked them about my application, and I still don't get a response. Big red flag for me.!![ update ].
