Happy new Lightspeed customer
We have only been using Lightspeed for a short time. We switched from a very old POS system, and the LS team helped up a lot in transferring our information over. We love that the Retail platform is completely integrated with the eCom platform. That cuts down on half the workload! The interface is super easy to use and easy to train staff on. Lightspeed is great
Lightspeed is great! Ive been using it since day 1 of the store and have not had reason to complain. They are always responsive to any sort of needs. Typically it is something on my end, browser update, IP address changes, etc... Many things I have been able to do once Ive watched them. Phone help is qiuck and respectful

AVOID - Awful Sales Service
Worst sales consultant I've come across. The questions he asked were so irrelevent that I just had to cut short the conversations. Had far better customer service from other EPOS brands today, straight to the point with demos booked. These guys lost out on a franchise brand deal today. A huge NO NO! Disappointed!

We've been working with LS since our inception over 10 years ago and it has been a catalyst for our success. The integration and automation with our key partners is a huge benefit saving us time and money. We Love Lightspeed
My name is Michael for The Good Feet Store and we've been using Lightspeed as our POS system for over 3 years now. It is by far the best POS system we've ever used. The custom reporting is a lifesaver, inventory management is easy and accurate, all the POS functions are user friendly, and the customer service is always on point. During the pandemic they have also been very helpful and supportive. I couldn't ask for a better company to work with.

Poor product & poor ethics don’t go there
The product is below average with lots of bugs and limitations. The costs are higher than competitors which also provide additional functionalities. The service is poor. Not a reliable product for busy businesses. Their business practice is also very poor especially during the COVID -19 period. I recommend searching elsewhere stay away from this company. I'd not wish this company on my worst enemy
The software is fine, but their business practices are nauseating. I've had to pay for a service I'm not able to use because I had to shut down for good due to COVID. Regardless of how many times I've pleaded they respond, "A contract is a contract - even if you're paying monthly you committed to the full year."I would never have done this to one of my clients...maybe that's why I shut down, I guess. Anyway, I'll never do business with them again that's for sure.
