LS is the best POS I have used for multi store operation. In the last eight years I have broken Bindo, NCR and Quickbooks. None of them could accurately track inventory transfers. Sometimes they would not populate or would just add ghost products and our inventory was a disaster. I would spend hours trying to get it straight. Lightspeed is very user friendly

An outstanding product. It transformed our business within days of implementation. Inventory control and repotting on the fly is terrific. We know exactly what is in stock, what we need to order, and can review financial information at within seconds. Easy to use and easy to implement. Lightspeed is an essential tool in my small business

I have been a Lightspeed user for about a year and half now and as a small business owner, I cannot tell you how much this POS has helped me. I absolutely love this POS

I absolutely love this POS! It takes some time to navigate and learn how to use it, but the customer service techs are always around to help and teach you. After you figure it out, o does it make life easier!! Automatic reordering is my life saver especially when you have a body piercing jewelry store where there is (literally) thousands of pieces of jewelry to count and order over and over. Worth every penny to me

I have been in corporate retail for 35 years, including fortune 50 size companies. Lightspeed is easy to use, easy to train and for the most part, does everything I need it to do. I would have no problem recommending Lightspeed to any small company.

Lightspeed Golf (Chronogolf) Buyer Beware

Lightspeed Golf (Chronogolf) customer service is atrocious worst i have ever dealt with do not prebook any golf foursomes as you will not get refunded if you need to cancel even within reasonable time.They have put up a email and chat shield so you cannot speak to anyone .I have sent numerous emails,chats and set up meetings online where the people do not show up. Vanaf aanschaf werkt het systeem niet zoals beloofd, grootste probleem is de samenwerking met Formitable. reserveringen komen soms dubbel, soms niet door en ben omzet misgelopen daardoor.Inmiddels zijn er drie gesprekken geweest (koste ze drie weken) tussen beide bedrijven en nog steeds geen oplossing.
