Great product
We have used Lightspeed for about a year and a half. We are a retail clothing store and really like the way it allows you to access the system from anywhere in the world. It is very easy to add items and customers to the data base!

Webshopsysteem is wel ok, maar niet zoals je zou verwachten voor een miljoenenbedrijven als Lightspeed die tientallen developers aan het werk heeft om de software te verbeteren. Veel is niet mogelijk, denk aan:- Producten filteren op basis van categorie in het CMS- BTW bij producten in bulk aanpassen via het CMS- Bij een X aantal productvarianten loopt de software half vast en kan je niets meer toevoegen - dit aantal verschilt ook weer per product variant. Best retail system
This retail system does it all! It has been a wonderful experience from the start. The inventory tracking, the invoicing, Quickbooks integration, time clock, rewards program, and the list goes on of all the awesome features! The customer service is top notch, they are always able to help if you have a question or an issue to resolve (which there are not a lot of issues!!). Highly recommend this!

Best and easiest to use system I've worked with
I worked with other POS systems in the past and find Lightspeed much more user friendly than the others. You can build your menu in literally a few hours and the flexibility is amazing! I have not come across a single scenario in the build that isn't already addressed within the system. And the video tutorials are well done, explaining processes step by step, The technical support team are quick to respond and follow through issues to resolution. Best in the industry
CyclepathPDX has been with Lightspeed from its very early days. It was the best POS system at the time for many reasons and allowed us to affordably go with a computerized, bar code inventory system when we were still a young company.
