You can get in but never get out!!!
We are a 50k per month online boutique and signed up for Lightspeed HQ on a m2m contract. We quickly found out they didn't support drop shippers so had to cancel. We officially cancelled our Lightspeed HQ service, in writing, in July 2020. We contacted the support dept, we opened a ticket, we contacted our business dev manager, our on boarding rep, and even emailed their billing department directly and still, 5 MONTHS LATER, they are billing us for the service.WE finally had to change our ...

Great product, great people.
This is Michael Gallagher from The Good Feet Store in Connecticut. Through the Pandemic Lightspeed has been incredibly helpful and understanding. The POS system is awesome but I want to highlight the people there as well. They have great tech support and they really care about your situation. Awesome Online Point of Sale System!
We have been using Lightspeed for over 3 years. It has been a great system for our retail book and gift store. We did a lot of research on point of sale systems and it was (and still is) the best system we can find. Specifically, the software is easy to use, adaptable to most business models, and accessible anywhere. The inventory management feature continues to be superior. I find Lightspeed a great tool for retail
I find Lightspeed very easy to handle, simple to learn and great for reports. I also find the staff who train and are available for any questions or problems to be extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

kassa werkt goed, webshop matig en een slechte klantenservice.
retail werkt prima, webshop matig. Regelmatig storingen en ze verkopen diensten die niet werkend geleverd kunnen worden. Inmiddels wacht ik al 2 maanden op een door mij aangeschafte dienst die ze niet werkend krijgen. Ze schermen zelf dat ze een platform aanbieden, maar ze nemen geen verantwoordelijkheid voor hun verkochte dienst. Waardeloos. Ook de wachttijden voor de helpdesk is lang. Het is fijn dat de webshop en kassa gekoppeld zijn, maar verder is het niet aan te raden.

Lightspeed Retail has been great…
Lightspeed Retail has been great overall. The only downside is that you cannot run a manual credit card remotely (separate from the cc terminal). Customer service is fantastic and the cloud backup is a big selling point. Highly recommend.

I've been using Lightspeed for many years now and it has helped grow my business every year, even during this pandemic. Support staff is helpful and I've always gotten quick answers to my questions. Keep on developing this great product!
