Best POS/customer service…

Before we opened our restaurant we shopped around for the best POS System and Lightspeed was by far the best of them all, pricing was competitive, customer service was exceptional...The system is user friendly and the team is always available to answer our questions.We highly recommend Lightspeed Abdelmalek S.Casablanca Authentic Moroccan Cuisine

Excellent customer service!

This is my second store with Lightspeed, this one has a brick-and-mortar location and an eCom site. I control purchasing and inventory within the system on both platforms. I just added Lightspeed payments to simplify the workflow and I'm very happy with it. They have an excellent customer service. Trust me, they're good at what they do!

Lightspeed is a fantastic POS

Lightspeed is a fantastic POS. Reliable, easy to program good functionality. Don't need a computer degree to set up or program. In 3 years our POS has not crashed or stalled. Customer support is remarkable. The team is knowledgeable and professional. My questions are answered the same day. One less thing I have to worry about.

Slechte telefonische bereikbaarheid en medewerkers hebben weinig tot geen kennis van het Ecommerce product welke ontzettend duur is!Telefonisch sta je als je er doorheen komt gemiddeld 30 minuten in de wacht en als je helemaal pech hebt blijf je in het menu hangen en kan je helemaal niemand spreken.Vooral als het bijna 17:00 uur is moet je helemaal niet bellen want dan drukken ze je weg zodat ze op tijd naar huis kunnen waarschijnlijk!Slechte zaak en veel te duur voor wat je krijgt!Maar zit ...

User Friendly

I love how user friendly Lightspeed is, all my staff picked it up incredibly quickly. It has helped immensely with inventory control and has made doing business during the pandemic easy, eCommerce function set up quickly and I was able to start selling online almost immediately.

Excellent System

We are a small company that needed a all in one solution , and Lightspeed has provided this. Service guys even say it is easy to use. They can complete their own service invoices and adjust inventory , where are last system it was very confusing and time consuming. I would definitely say for big or small it is a great system and user friendly

I was looking for a POS system that…

I was looking for a POS system that would check all the boxes for what I needed. I am able to make my own SKU's, keep track of employee time cards, put my merchandise online with ecom, give my customers a Loyalty Rewards system, and run any number of different reports to help me understand how and why things are selling. With Lightspeed you get all of this in one package. It may seem like the price is higher than other POS systems, but Lightspeed delivers far more than those other systems.

Excellent all-inclusive platform

My company has used Lightspeed for going on 4 years now and has been able to increase both sales & efficiency as a result. The POS, eCommerce, Accounting and Data Analytics work incredibly well together and, once they're properly set up, work with little to no issues. With the data export to Quickbooks, our financials are kept up-to-date with minimal time invested. The data analytics allows us to formulate budgets and identify areas of opportunity.
