The best P.O.S. to date
We've been using Lightspeed for over a year now and it's helped increase sales and inventory management. The system has great functions including a integrated e commerce when you choose the standard plan and above. It can also be used with almost any PC and or Ipad. If you want a way to generate more sales I recommend you ask for their Omni channel loyalty program plan.I truly recommend Lightspeed to business of all size!Juan Ramirez Oly's Home Fashion

LIGHTSPEED, the big picture of excellence!
Lightspeed has no competition! the only argument other services counter is that it is more expensive but this is petty money! it saves more when you have a POS that never mulfunction.It is in fact the Apple of POS's: - Absolutely reliable, two years - no issues!!- Generates comprehensive data from live transactions as they are made, hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, and anything in-between, my accountant charges me half the normal rates as a result of my super easy to read reports.- it is so ...

Absolutely loving lightspeed at Antonietta Restaurant. The ease of use makes it super easy to train new staff (and there’s a lot of new staff right now) and using the cloud makes doing my bookkeeping real easy from anywhere

LightspeedHQ SUCKS - you've been warned.
UPDATE JUNE 6th. Many thanks to a Lightspeed retention team employee! This individual was great at resolving my issues before they 'blew up. But I must say, that on my final day of deliberation between keeping Lightspeed or switching to Shopify, I placed a call to the 'retail support line' at Lightspeed at approximately 11am. I left a 'voice mail' after about an hour on hold, and received a callback around 4-5 hours later. This was the final nail in the coffin for Lightspeed, because with ...

Ik probeer al een tijdje contact te krijgen met accountmanager Simon, maar er wordt niet op onze mails gereageerd. Het gaat ook nog eens over de verlening van ons contract. We zijn zeer ontevreden over de service en professionaliteit van Lightspeed. Als ze je binnen kunnen hengelen gaat het allemaal heel snel, maar als je hulp nodig hebt of er is een issue, dan mag je eindeloos wachten op antwoord. Op dit moment worden wij zelfs helemaal genegeerd door de accountmanager per mail.

We have not experienced any issues with…
We have not experienced any issues with the hardware or the system we purchased. It is super easy to navigate and adjust according to our needs as a business. However, when attempting to contact customer service by phone we had very long wait times over an hour before we hung up, and then waiting around for a call back. Once those issues are handled I would happily give 5 stars.

New to Business
My wife had lightspeed for her book store, I run a laser engraving business and was not quite sure if it would work, and at first it was a learning curve but after now 8 months I am very happy with Lightspeed. With Retail, and Ecomm working together I don't need spent lots of time to get things done.

Long Time Customer and Very Happy
Lightspeed was one of the few Apple based POS systems when we started 15 years ago and they have made our lives so much easier. They helped us through the growth and change our business has undergone through the years and the customer service is top notch. I have, on many occasions, been on the phone with someone for long stretches trying to track down a problem. They are very patient and listen well to our concerns. Poco Loco Swim Shop has been a fan of Lightspeed sine 2014
We've been using Lightspeed since around 2014 when we were first transitioning from an old school manual register to a computerized one. Lightspeed was our second go around with a fully computerized and integrated POS system because we needed something that could easily be mobilized when we had pop-up shops.
