The chat help with Paulo was amazing.
The chat help with Paulo was amazing. However the phone is pure rubbish. Extra long waits, no service in French and employees are not helpful or hang up the phone.

Light at the end of the tunnel
We took over a golf course in mid October 2023 and basically had to start over from the ground up while still open for business. We ran into plenty of surprises and obstacles in the first few months and the needs of our business were shifting constantly. The Lightspeed team was exceedingly patient and was a tremendous help with getting us on track.
