The support from Lightspeed is second to none. I've used many software providers in different businesses over the years and have never experienced support as we do from Lightspeed. Special mentions go to Jessen Armstrong and Jason Mok who actually phoned me to resolve an urgent issue less than 2 minutes after I'd submitted the support ticket.
