The support from Lightspeed is second to none. I've used many software providers in different businesses over the years and have never experienced support as we do from Lightspeed. Special mentions go to Jessen Armstrong and Jason Mok who actually phoned me to resolve an urgent issue less than 2 minutes after I'd submitted the support ticket. Great 1st day training
Amazing experience with the on boarding! I appreciate how patient Amine was with me in setting up my system for the first time. He was able to answer all my questions and he made it look easy. He helped me not to be overwhelmed with starting up the system
