Sammy Z knows his stuff..
The wait time was lengthy about 45 minutes, however once I was put through to an agent I could see why, great service is worth waiting for.. Sammy Z was excellent, informative, and got things sorted with ease, whatever he gets paid it's not nearly enough..

I have been with LightSpeed for nearly a year
I have been with LightSpeed for nearly 1 year with 100% satisfaction and then I lost my internet connection one weekend. I phoned them first thing Monday morning and was told to purchase a EE dongle from Argos for £65 with 60gb of data on it until they could restore my service. I was told to email my receipt and they would credit my account for the cost of the dongle. I have never known this kind of service in my 74 years they went above & beyond to make sure I was able to excess the ...

Lightspeed Sales Rep really came through for us
Our Sales Rep, Latasha, really came through for us when we received a bluetooth credit card reader that simply would not pair with our iPad. Also, the dock that came with it broke the first time we undocked the reader after charging it. Called regular Customer Support and they told us they could not warranty a 'damaged' item. fantastic customer service
fantastic customer service. always available, kind, polite and interested. But VERY POOR physical service! I bought an iPad, a printer and a POS for cards in November and still only the iPad works and we are in February! I have spent more than 1000 euros and in recent months they have not been able to come here in person or solve my problems and my business is suffering a lot negatively.
