Great Communication, Great Applications
The communication with representatives has been very efficient and helpful, especially with Sophie. We also super appreciate all of the features that the Retail X app and Lightspeed have to offer in reference to sales/inventory data. We are still learning how to use the system to its fullest potential, but so far the everything has been very intuitive.

Trust them like old friends
I started using Lightspeed in March 2020. The team has been so great to work with. They reply promptly to questions and needs and work hard to understand my business.
