What do you like best about Lightico? I can send my customers the T&Cs and other info to their computer/smart phone and they can read and accept them while I'm talking to them. I can also share other information with them such as other products and services. I can also track their progress through the information in real time. What do you dislike about Lightico? Not much! What do you like best about Lightico? I can see from a quick overview, that all loan documents have been signed. What do you dislike about Lightico? Sometimes, my customers may not receive the email link. So I have to re-send the email again. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Real time solutions while on the phone with clients. Lightico is updated instantly. Documentation is easy as signing.
