What do you like best about Lightico? I like that the application loads very quickly. The layout of the system is generally good, so it is easy to find your way around. "Easy to use"

What do you like best about Lightico? The simplicity of it and that customers like to use it. What do you dislike about Lightico? There are too many price plans in the drop-down for plans. Some are even doubled. This takes up time trying to find the right one. Recommendations to others considering Lightico: na What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? FCR going up as customers have a download of their basket so they do not need to call back in.

What do you like best about Lightico? That it saves you from reading all the terms and conditions and it's very straight forward to use. What do you dislike about Lightico? There aren't really any downsides, it works very well. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? It assists people in regrading so that they can read all the terms and conditions. Sometimes when you read them to people can zone out. It also makes things a lot quicker.

What do you like best about Lightico? I love the fact that it gives you the option to send the docs through a text message link. It's very helpful for customers who don't use e-mail! What do you dislike about Lightico? The only thing I wish changed is to be able to either shrink or enlarge the initial and signature rectangles. What do you like best about Lightico? sending T&C's to customers for them to read and mark as read What do you dislike about Lightico? I am still a new user of Lightico but so far can't think of anything missing What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Sending T&Cs too customers is very helpful rather then reading page after page to them

"Seems easier and quicker than Adobe."

What do you like best about Lightico? Like the text option as opposed to email. What do you dislike about Lightico? Adding fields could be a little easier, along with a bit more direction. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? I think customers who haven't used e-sign before would find it easier to do. I believe it will make my job more efficient so I can GET MORE DONE.
