"A great way to be clear"

What do you like best about Lightico? When I am having complex conversations about different services and prices, things can sometimes get a a little bit confusing. Being able to note everything down in one place and easily send it to my customer is such a big help. Thanks to this, my customers can have a clear breakdown of my offer and its also great that I can text everythign to them with a few simple clicks. What do you like best about Lightico? It's quick and easy to use. I love how it lets me engage with a customer, giving them all the information they need and it's very flexible, they can download terms and conditions and save them to read at their leisure. What do you dislike about Lightico? The very rare time a customer might not get a text link, email links usually always work but sometimes I have to re-engage the customer, it can get tricky and a couple of times I've had to start all ...

Recommendations to others considering Lightico: Remember to use the pre-planned basket and everything should go smoothly. What problems is Lightico solving and how is that benefiting you? Customers love having a copy of their terms and conditions, and the pre-basket options make building the Ts and Cs very quick!
