Easy and powerful videoconference system

What do you like best? Very easy and intuitive software client. Good hardware with a lot of features and a good video quality. What do you dislike? The proprietary cable connecting the camera unit with the remote unit and a missing audio input connection on the camera unit. What do you like best? I enjoy both the mobile app and the desktop application for business meetings. What do you dislike? not much, it would be great if you could highlight when you are screen sharing so the other person could easily see where you are marking. What do you like best? The best thing about LifeSize to me is the ease and simplicity of starting and having business calls with multiple party conferencing capabilities. The picture and sound quality are always great, and I've rarely had instances where the call has been dropped. What do you dislike? Unfortunately, you do run into issues with some video calls. What do you like best? We have dramatically reduced the amount of time we are away from the office because of Lifesize. Prior to incorporating into all of our office locations, we would spend half of our day traveling to meetings. What do you dislike? Easy to schedule and start meetings

What do you like best? ease of use- It plugs right into Outlook and I can schedule meetings through there with Lifesize. When I am doing new employee orientation I am able to do remote orientation sessions. A big help when it comes to communication

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are a lot of things that I appreciate in this tool. It's been a great way to make meetings more convenient since we can just use this for video conferencing rather than having to travel for the monthly or quarterly meetings. I like that it emphasizes convenience by allowing me to join scheduled meetings either by my iPad or my iPhone. What do you like best? The video/audio quality is superior to many of the other brands on the market. What do you dislike? Participant capacity is lower than some of its competitors; sometimes larger meetings are hindered by this limit. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to video conference offices from around the country with overall reliable connection/HD quality video and audio.

The Only Bugs are Due to Operator Error

What do you like best? I've been using Lifesize for 7 months now, up to 10 times per week. It is extremely robust and connections and the reliability of connectivity, video and audio are supreme! The setup for devices is easy to use and intuitive and I've seen that the only issues that occur are typically if a change has occurred in the users system, yet not updated in Lifesize settings.
