Fast, accurate, and intuative
What do you like best? I really like being able to keep all my files in a central place and to be able to share them so easily. What do you dislike? The only problem is getting more people to use it! Recommendations to others considering the product: Give it a try and see how it improves your other software. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's especially handy for those of us trying to communicate to a large group during ...

PhotoShelter by Libris - Superior Solution to Your Digital Asset Management Needs
What do you like best? I have used other DAM systems in the past and, in my experience, none compare to PhotoShelter for ease of use to store, retrieve and share digital assets. Not only did PhotoShelter make it easy for me to manually migrate 60,000 plus, digital assets from my old system over to the new one, but makes it easy to keyword, store, find and share my assets with my team. Photoshelter's intuitive interface along with its keen functionality - Lightboxes for reviewing, ...

A great way to digitize photography assets for an organization.
What do you like best? The most helpful function is the FTP function for in-game and real-time uploads so that our social team can access big moments instantly as they happen. What do you dislike? When editing metadata within the Libris backend, the keywords do not always update and it can get a bit frustrating knowing you did the correct keyword updating, but the photos do not function in terms of searching. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Libris review
What do you like best? The features and ease of use. The mobile app is another great tool. What do you dislike? The inability to lock down folders and galleries. It's to easy for any admins to move it around. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just try it out and see if it works for you. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's nice to have all the assets be stored in one location now. One benefit is also being ...

Great way to organize and share images
What do you like best? I like the ability to create groupings of photos that I can easily share with colleagues and project collaborators. What do you dislike? There are some features that are not quite as intuitive as I'd like. I am still learning to use the platform. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Previously, if someone in another department or a collaborator outside our institution requested a specific kind of image, it could ...

Libris is incredibly easy to work with and very helpful for sharing specific photos and videos
What do you like best? The ease of use! I like being able to share specific folders with specific people. What do you dislike? There's lots of different verbiage but it's getting easier to learn. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take time to play with everything and learn how you like to store your information! It's flexible. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can share folders with our AD agency or PR ...

Excellent resource for photo and video file sharing and database management
What do you like best? Frees up photographer time for photography versus file management and distribution. Makes it easy to search photos by date/subject/event or any and all of these fields. Ability to click and share large file sizes for vendors and third party printers. Ability to embed photo slideshows on our website. What do you dislike? We have had some issues with end user training. Libris provides some support but unfortunately it has not been enough for some of our less ...

Good but needs some improvements
What do you like best? Love the ability to share globally and give people access to specific files. Like the sales aspect which I have not fully explored. Love the ability to upload easily and fileflow to show photos to clients on the fly. What do you dislike? The search engine is very old. Hard to search only a collection. On the portal the search engine is very limited. Tagging and downloading as a batch from thumbnails is not possible. Would love to work from thumbnails more. Like ...

Great service and platform
What do you like best? Its super easy to use to create libraries, tag photos and support our robust gallery on our website What do you dislike? The API could be improved - my dev team has told me multiple times that the documentation is not super robust and they often have to contact someone at Libris to do things that should be straightforward Recommendations to others considering the product: none What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

Great photo storage
What do you like best? I like the user experience of the platform. It makes it very intuitive and simple to navigate how to organize photos, preview and download. What do you dislike? Perhaps I just haven't figured it out, but I wish that there was a way to select multiple photos to download at once instead of individually. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? As a graphic designer, I like the integration of design software with Libris ...
