Best DAM out there
What do you like best? Ease of use, lightbox feature, appending metadata, emailed links to galleries, and the simplicity of the entire DAM What do you dislike? They have few bugs to work out. But, most seem to happen in Safari. If your using another browser you're fine. Recommendations to others considering the product Just do it! Make the switch you'll be glad you did. Great overall asset manager for photos
What do you like best? Library and sorting functions. Makes it easy to see things in different places and share with people outside of the organization. What do you dislike? Tagging takes quite a while with the metadata when certain images in a library don't belong with the others or need a different tag. Also, I am logged out frequently because multiple people need to share my same login so maybe there is a way for guest login? What business problems are you solving with the product? ...

Libris Review
What do you like best? We can easily organize and allow vendors access to review their materials. This has helped us overcome obstacles. What do you dislike? I dislike that we cannot copy a folder to another gallery and remove items without it removing items from the original folders. This would save us much time to have this change made. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Allowing our team to access, load and have all files stored ...

User Friendly
What do you like best? The ease of uploading and downloading images has been a life-saver for our team, as well as file organization. What do you dislike? It took a little time to learn all of the nuances of file management and access, but the customer service staff was very helpful in guiding me through the process. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization of files was the main issue we were trying to solve. It's much better ...

A Good Digital Asset Management System
What do you like best? I like the ease of adding new images and labeling them. I like how easy it is to add users and how responsive the Libris team is when we have questions What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to download an image. So I don't have to be in the detail view to download the image. Recommendations to others considering the product Make image downloading options available at different stages of use. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Libris has been a convenient DAM for us.
What do you like best? The upload and download speed is very quick, which is important to me. What do you dislike? Default search feature needs to be adjustable. It takes me several extra clicks every time I search to have them show up ordered starting with most recent. The "relevent" default is useless to me. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing photos across the organization

Haven't been using Libris long, but so far, so good!
What do you like best? Searchable data, compatibility with PhotoMechanic and Sidearm, Setting permissions by group and/or person. What do you dislike? Would like to see even more filters for searching the library, more options to organize collections/gallery, and an alternative to having to download multiple zip files for a batch download. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing is caring! More people who need access to photos ...

Easy to use photo archive
What do you like best? It is easy to upload photos, organize them and download as needed. I also appreciate the ability to collaborate with other people across the school.. What do you dislike? I wish there were personalized folder organization. i.e. most people in our department like the folders to be organized by the date they were created. I would prefer alphabetical. I wish we could all see things the way we prefer. Some competitive tools have begun to incorporate AI facial ...
