Libris for Nonprofit in 14 regions
What do you like best? I like that Libris gives us cloud access to all our digital assets. We came from a server model that made access outside of our headquarters an issue. Metadata is clear and simply, and anyone can become a contributor quickly (this has helped with freelancers. What do you dislike? Some users still think of the collections and galleries as a windows server to click through rather than a searchable database, but this habit may be due to our previous DAM. What business ...

Organizational flexibility
What do you like best? Sort and organize your assets in a way that best suits you What do you dislike? Would like tags to auto-fill once used so that you can remember which ones you've used before and keep it consistent What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's a great way to archive all of our work considering we have multiple artists all working on different projects

Libris has allowed us to gain much needed organization over our photos.
What do you like best? I find that the searches are quick and very fruitful. What do you dislike? So far I have not had any issues with the system that would prompt me to say I dislike the product. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Access to recent usable photos for publications. We only add what we know we can use for publications which protects us from pulling incorrect content.

So far, so good
What do you like best? So far, getting up to speed and using the Libris system has been a painless process. The fact that I can access my company's digital assets easily from anywhere is fantastic. We had been storing everything in DropBox, which was good enough for some of our needs, but being able to give access to our assets to everyone on our team (without the fear of anyone accidentally deleting or moving anything is a great thing. Also, the customer support and training we've ...

Libris was our best option for DAM
What do you like best? Ease of use, being able to share specific photo groups with clients outside our office without giving away access to our entire collection. What do you dislike? Interface for sharing files is clunky, needs refinement, less steps. Would like to be able to change the size of the preview for a group instead of having to click on each pic I would like to examine closer. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our IT ...

Digital Asset Management is the dream
What do you like best? Love the real-time work flow possibilities. It has taken some time for us to get set up, but I'm am really excited about how the real-time work flow will help us manage big events like commencement and homecoming. What do you dislike? The implementation process is not 100% intuitive, but we'll get there! What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Photo files everywhere, but can't find anything!

Libris solution for photo sharing
What do you like best? The ability to partition directories of images to/for specific audiences is what I like best. What do you dislike? Upload time for our external photographers can be slow--this is due to many factors, including amount of data captured, as well as connectivity/their connection speed, but some events take an hour+ to have uploaded. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Libris solves our need to share images to a wide ...
