What do you like best? It is great for sharing photos. I can easily view large batches of photos at one time. What do you dislike? There is a LOT of work on the front end to get it usable. Expansive asset management system to house all types of files

What do you like best? One of the best features they have come out with recently is the ability to mark a specific date for when an asset's license will expire. We use this feature to track consent for images of children at our residential facility. What do you dislike? While I think the ability to fine tune the permissions down to each file, the UX needs improvement to make this easier for day to day work. This is a great system for a large team

What do you like best? I like the capabilities to share images with campus communities using a variety of permissions for the same gallery. Also giving the university team members the ability to share Lightboxes with me of their chosen images helps in our billing when necessary. What do you dislike? Easy online photo catalog searching

What do you like best? Libris makes it really easy to search, tag and download images. What do you dislike? I really have not found anything about Libris that I dislike. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Faster searching over server searches. More collaboration between departments on image selection.

What do you like best? As the key administrator of my institution's digital image/video content, Libris is a fantastic tool for the cataloging and distribution of content across campus. A good spot for large capacity photo storage

What do you like best? After our formal demo, we can tell that Libris has many useful functions for our team. Giving everyone the ability to upload photos, fill out metadata individually or in bulk and keep model releases together is something we've struggled with in our search for an archive system. Excellent for sharing photos with colleagues

What do you like best? I like the ability to share photos directly through photoshelter, rather than having to download them and attach them to an email. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The interface is easily navigable, and customer service ROCKS!! This has really made a world of difference in my life searching for images compared to using our local servers and our old web-based DAM. What do you dislike?
