HIghly recommended for photo organizing and sharing
What do you like best? This product helps us immensely as we are processing hundreds of photos a day. The interface allows us to customize how we interact with our clients and give them an easy way to access their product. The organization aspect saves us time and lets us turn our focus elsewhere, a big production plus! What do you dislike? The price is higher than other products, which would be the only reason we would shop around for a different product. In times of budget ...

Organization is key
What do you like best? You can store and manage large volumes of photos in galleries/folders and set search words for specific photo sets. What do you dislike? Search is only as useful as you make it - put the time in to set it up right. Make sure you look at best practices of use before using it because it'll be a pain to deal with after especially if you have a large volume of photos. Recommendations to others considering the product: Make sure you have an action plan on how ...

My Libris experience
What do you like best? Ease with sharing photos/images. Accessibility from anywhere What do you dislike? Searches are a little complicated. The navigation bar at the top was not really obvious. For some reason it just blended into the top bar. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing and archiving images.

A good solution for your team
What do you like best? Libris has been very helpful in providing a place for our digital assets that is easily searchable, particularly considering we have a some remote team members who need to easily access the latest photos and videos for projects. What do you dislike? Initially, the process for migrating our photo assets into the system was a bit cumbersome. However, once it was completed, it was worthwhile. Recommendations to others considering the product: Ensure you have ...

Separability is Unique
What do you like best? I love how easy it is to create galleries and share them across multiple faculty members and departments across our many different hospitals. What do you dislike? There is no way to link the distribution email to my outlook server so that the email is coming from me not a 3rd party company. And the second and most frustrating is that when assigning permissions through collections there isn't a way to create a subclass of inherited permissions, that additional ...

Identify your own content
What do you like best? I like the ability to find relevant content for my marketing materials without having to contact multiple people and describe what I am looking for. What do you dislike? User interface is hard to identify where login is for download. Recommendations to others considering the product: Reduces the amount of time dedicated to digital asset management What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A portal for photo and videos file, and more!
What do you like best? Purchase the single sign on for your company. It works great. I like how you can assign individuals or groups download access, while the general public only sees the image with a watermark. What do you dislike? The assigning of individuals and groups can get a little cluttered. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The entire company now has access to the photos and videos that we create. This eliminates the ...

A Great Way to Store your Photos
What do you like best? It is so helpful to be able to tag photos to find them later. I work at a university and we are always looking for a "student, classroom" photo or a "faculty, teaching" photo. It's so easy to find what we are searching for. What do you dislike? It's hard to think of anything, but I would say it's a little bit slow when searching. That could be because we have so many photos in it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...
