Easy to Store and Send Large Assets
What do you like best? Photoshelter has made working with our off-site graphic designer much easier. We used to have to upload images to his FTP (which didn’t always work smoothly) or have him come to the office to transfer data via an external hard drive. Now we just select however many files we need to send him, push a button and he receives an email with a link to download all of the files. We send other large file types through Photoshelter, too (PPTs, PDFs, audio and video files, ...

Useful and Elegant
What do you like best? As a non-technician I find it easy to use yet equipped with many useful options that i am able to access and understand. What do you dislike? Some aspects are kind of opaque to me (see above) What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a great way to transmit photos for our projects.

DAM for state travel DMO
What do you like best? Cloud-based access to our massive archive. Being able to organize in infinite ways! What do you dislike? Can't wait till AI-based auto-tagging becomes a widespread technology. Hard to keep up, but that's far from Libris' fault! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Organization of assets, access to our library for partners / media / public.

What do you like best? I like best how the information lives in a really visual place for people to view our photos, logos, and video. The design is clean and simple. In terms of the back-end, I find it very easy and quick! What do you dislike? No dislikes so far! I haven't yet uploaded everything to the site but so far so good! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? No problems - the training was really complete. I like the service if ...

Helps me get our photos to who needs them
What do you like best? I appreciate the ease of uploading images, the single sign-on integration and how easy it is to deliver images to those who need them. What do you dislike? Some of the organization of galleries could be better. I wish I could make galleries inside a collection either viewable or hidden depending on permissions instead of folks having to find their galleries under the "Invited Galleries" tab. Recommendations to others considering the product: It does a great ...

Photo flow and our nonprofit digital newsroom
What do you like best? We're the news organization of record for the entire state of Texas. Our small in-house staff of photographers and photo editors is augmented by a large roster of freelance photographers all across the state. With Libris, we enjoy both a flexible, reliable place to upload and a rock-solid place to keep our hi-rez file. Search is robust, file structure is logical, and Libris is friendly with every shooter-side platform I know of. What do you dislike? There's ...

Those captions are searchable and available anytime. anywhere, allowing for fast turnarounds on tight deadlines. The mobile app, FileFlow, makes searching and downloading photos onto the device quick and seamless. What do you dislike? The management side of the portal could use lots of improvement. user friendly and simple to get started
What do you like best? So easy to use and to implement. Visually appealing and easy to navigate and organize. What do you dislike? The cost is rather high and adding users for automatic log-in has an additional charge. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I was the Google image search for my organization and the speed and ease of use of this system has been great. It's easy for anyone at any level in our organization to use with little ...

Efficient Photo Storage
What do you like best? Upload, download and search is quick and easy. The speed of finding our photos has increased since switching to Libris. What do you dislike? Sharing photos seems to be a bit clunky, but once figured out it isn't too bad. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used to use Google Drive for our photo storage, and some benefits we've really started to see is how much easier it is to put in metadata in our photos so ...
