Being able to create and control access to images and limit download size and view only permissions is great for sharing and proofing to different campus clients. Great Cloud Platform for Managing Digital Assets

What do you like best? Libris is a cloud hosted service, we do not require a VPN and or access to the On Prem environment to use it. This saves us a lot of maintenance and headaches, throughout the years. Libri's customer service is also top notch, they are very responsive and willing to help. I believe customer service is 50 percent of the puzzle for SAAS products. What do you dislike? Although, Libris does have integration with Azure Active Directory it's very limited. We are not ...

What do you like best? The keyword search is a huge benefit. Most people in our organization never browse the galleries becasue search consistently gets them to the right content. What do you like best? Having used a variety of DAM systems in the past it was great to use a product that already had all of my 'needs' come standard. Easy to learn and the support staff have been amazing. What do you dislike? Doesn't have a bilingual interface. Sometimes the speed of upload is slower than anticipated. What do you like best? Easy drop and drag uploading. Ability to tag photos in order to make searching a breeze. Very user-friendly. What do you like best? Very easy for our team to use. As an alumni association you can imagine that we have lots of photos to coordinate between the website, the magazine and social media. Best resource to keep and share photos

What do you like best? The ability to share photos, put in all the pertinence related to the photos, cutline, etc. I can tell who generated the photo and also categorize all my photos into folders that can easily be searched. What do you dislike? Sometimes the ability to download just sends to my download folder, I would rather be able to set a default but also point to a certain folder so all the photos can reside there.
