Clunky but essential
What do you like best? I like the collaboration it brings. We can have anyone add to it if we want, or limit some with passwords. Very handy for what we do. What do you dislike? It feels clunky sometimes. If you do not have a very rigorous tagging process, it will cause major issues when you want to search things later on. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cross-pollination of photos being used across campus partners.

Libris brought all our visual assets together in one place
What do you like best? Libris has allowed us to put all our photos and videos in one bucket, so to speak, with first rate access controls so we can grant specific access to specific groups. We can easily let individuals or groups search and download images of various sizes without hassle. Tens of thousands of images are now at our fingertips! What do you dislike? Getting metadata on video clips is time consuming. You can't batch apply information like you can with still images. And it ...

Libris is a great tool.
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to start a new collection, and keep everything organized. What do you dislike? Nothing really. it used to glitch and go back to the top after looking at a picture, but that was fixed. I works really well. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? keeping all our photos in one stop makes it way easier to find stuff when it's needed.

Good platform for DAM
What do you like best? Libris makes things easy. It allows drag and drop and has a friendly interface. A lot of useful tools and features. What do you dislike? I disliked the fact that my DAM was too big to be downloaded offline at once What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? With Libris I managed to sort out the photo archive of the company I was working for, tagging the pictures, organising them properly, relicensing them to partners and ...

Libris has changed the way we do business.
What do you like best? Libris is easy to use, easy to send pictures, easy to organize photos and all ages can understand how to use. What do you dislike? Occasionally when Libris updates, it changes things that I liked. For example, you can no longer search a word in a picture title and it show up. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Libris is allowing us to push content out faster by having our pictures easily organized and available ...

Libris is vital to our workflow
What do you like best? Libris has made our DAM a thousand times more efficient. We're able to catalog and share images with ease. What used to take hours now only takes minutes. What do you dislike? There's really not much I don't like about Libris, but anytime I do have an issue, the Libris team is ready to listen and offer solutions or take note for future improvements. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you're considering Libris, I recommend taking that ...

Greatly like the retrieval process for finding photos.
What do you like best? I like the fact that photos are searchable by metadata and tagged words. It makes my job as a graphic designer that much more easier. When searching for photos in the past, I was only able to visually locate photos that I was able to use. Now that I'm able to search for photos with such tags as students, buildings, classrooms, computers, laptops, athletics, football games, mascot or university, it makes my search time for photos to be less time consuming. Since that ...

Game Changer for Managing Assets
What do you like best? Libris is easy to use and the tagging ability makes finding photos a breeze. It's also streamlined how photographers and designers upload their assets. Now everyone in my organization can easily contribute assets to my team. It's been a real life saver. What do you dislike? I wish there was an integration with Dropbox. It's been an extremely time consuming task to migrate from one platform to the other. It's taking us upwards of six months to get everything into ...

Excellent platform for sharing images and files.
What do you like best? One of the best features is the ability to quickly share galleries, with large files throughout the company and with suppliers. Libris helps you distribute all available assets by providing a wealth of options when it comes to using the most up-to-date images. The management reports are excellent, you can monitor the records and downloads of accounts to control which assets have the greatest demand. Also granting permission rights to users is very easy and ...
