A great solution with lots of good features, but lacking in a few areas

What do you like best? The ability to limit access to images or to easily share galleries and lightboxes. Metadata search is great for our org and helps people find the right images 24/7 without lots of back and forth emailing. We can instantly deploy images for social media and users can download proper sizes for their purposes. What do you dislike? Inability for users to download an entire lightbox with one click. What do you like best? Love being able to have multiple galleries to organize all of our photos. Key wording is also a big plus and makes finding photos a breeze. What do you dislike? Great service for any nonprofit looking for a way to organize & quickly locate their digital assets.

What do you like best? The user interface is not cluttered and intuitive for first-time users. I also enjoy the speed at which I am able to navigate and interact with the web portal, there is no lag or delay jumping from one section of the system to another. But I think what I've liked the most and what informed a big part of my organization's decision to sign up the service is the customer service we've received even before we were customers. Excellent platform, does not have 24hr customer service

What do you like best? The platform uses reliable and good servers, and is user friendly. What do you dislike? There is no 24 hr customer service nor tech support, so if you have an issue after hours or during the weekend you are pretty much on standby till someone clocks in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? we used Libris to upload and distribute 20,000+ photos over a span of 1.5 months.

Simple and effective way to organize and share digital assets

What do you like best? The front end user interface is intuitive and easy to learn and it's easy to customize with our branding. The Portal looks clean and professional - it's easy to share content with anyone. The interface overall is quite fast and easy to use. There are many upload options, all of which are fast and easy. Libris is easy to use and nicely organizes my photos.

What do you like best? I like that I can search keywords to find the photos that I need. I can't do that in a regular folder on my computer, so this is extremely helpful. The folders are also easily navigated making it easy for me to find what I need. What do you dislike? Sharing my files with others is difficult - I'll try to share a folder or make the folder a shareable link and a lot of the time the people I am sharing it with are unable to view the folder. What do you like best? The format for uploading images, creating galleries and collections is easy. I also like the ability to share a gallery with others. What do you dislike? I seems to have a problem uploading some images where I get an error after the third image. I haven't had a chance to begin to try to figure it out or contact Libris for help. Great Product

What do you like best? I love the tagging system and how easy it is to create folders and subfolders. What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to share or collaborate with other users. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're solving our organization issues and have benefitted from being more organized.

Libris is a terrific solution for centralizing images

What do you like best? Libris is a simple to use tool. I really like that we can upload one image, but place it in several catalogs. What do you dislike? I do not care for the new search system. Everyone in my place of work has access to the content; saving time and money while sharing the information to our constituents has been a game changer.
