What do you like best? Being able to save space on our internal drives. What do you dislike? I have not found anything I dislike yet. What do you like best? I love how easy it is to organize and search photos, and share folders with colleagues. Libris has really helped us harness and manage our photo assets in one place. What do you dislike? I wish it was possible to give all communications colleagues across our institution upload and edit access in Libris so they can more easily store all their photos in this one central place as well. What do you like best? I like how collaborative it can be. It allows our team to work better together. What do you dislike? It is overly complicated, especially in the search functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to work better with a large team (60+).

What do you like best? I like the user experience as it relates to organization and sharing of the assets. What do you dislike? Nothing that I can think of at the moment. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Having a centralized depository of images is helpful to share among my co-workers as well as other vendors.

What do you like best? Great ease in finding what I need and saving so much time! What do you dislike? I don't really have anything to say that's a drawback. Recommendations to others considering the product: Take Libris for a test drive. You won't be disappointed. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My use has been limited so far, but I really like the ease of use. It's definitely a time-saver!

Great system if you use it properly. A few features though that are lacking that I'd like to see.

What do you like best? As dumb as it may sound about a photo archive management system, I just like how easy it makes it to manage our photos archive. It's extremely simple to get everything laid out into the different groups we want with all the tags we need set. Anybody that were to say its not good for organization I would say you're not using it properly. Yes you have to be sure to keep up with organizing, curating, and tagging your photos. What do you like best? Libris gives me the tools I need to manage and dispatch our assets to the entire campus community. It has also given us a solution to accessing assets when not connected to our campus network. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The best thing about Libris for us is the ability it gives us to distribute images and visual files to folks one and off campus. What do you dislike? The thing that we like least is the fact that it isn't as user-friendly as I think it could be. I often get calls from people who simply could not figure out how to navigate the site.
