Best ATS on the market
Lever gets out of the way and lets you collaborate with your team in the organic way you'd do it if you never even had to think about tooling. As a recruiter, I tried out pretty much every ATS out there, and Lever was the clear winner.

Great product team; always listening to feedback!
I've really enjoyed working with Lever the past 7 months (they've come a long way!) Their product team is exceptional and is always asking for feedback and communicating improvements/changes that are made. Whenever I have an issue the support team is very responsive and things are resolved very quickly (less than 24 hours). The only reason I don't give a full 5 stars is that I think there is still room to grow and improve.

Lever is the BEST ATS!

Reasons why I love Lever!
I have been using Lever since May of 2014. When my company choose this new ATS it actually had fewer features available than all the awesome features now available! Over the last year, the Lever system has been greatly and steadily improving since my first interaction with it. The reporting feature in Lever was the main feature that sold Addepar on Lever.
