We made a great move!
Our Lever Representative Monika has been the most helpful person ever! Our company Credit Sesame switched from Greenhouse to Lever and Monika has tried to make this as smooth as possible without hurting our candidate process to do interviews. Monika has come into our office multiple times to train us and even invited us to her office to train us as well. We appreciate Lever a ton and would definitely recommend making the switch to this ATS system, especially if you have Monika helping you!

We Love Lever!
I have been working with Monika re: our migration from Greenhouse to Lever. It has been an absolute pleasure. She's friendly knowledgable and always available to answer our weird questions. One of the best moves we have made for Credit Sesame has been to make the move to Lever from Greenhouse. The interface is intuitive and the reporting is simple. Our hiring managers have adopted the new ATS which no doubt, make the company more successful in 2018. Thank you Lever. I love you....

Lever has helped streamline our hiring …
Lever has helped streamline our hiring process from sourcing candidates to closing a hire. The system has helped our team to communicate more effectively through mentions in notes, and email integration that allows hiring managers to review candidates without opening a webpage. Scheduling has been easier as well thanks to calendar integration and the ability to send separate calendar invitations to different interviewers/candidates in one batch. Best ATS we have had the pleasure of using
Lever has really transformed the candidate and recruiter experience for us. It is very easy to use, has a clean UI and intuitive for all users. The only downside is the inconsistency of direct applications through the LinkedIn integration but there is a work-around for this. Great level of service from our Customer Success Manager and very responsive support team.

Lever is the best ATS I've ever used
Lever is the best ATS I've ever used. Save your team hours of time and headaches and get Lever now. It is easy to use, intuitive, automates so many things that other ATSs (like Greenhouse) won't even touch and the team loves it too. Can't go wrong with it.

Excellent! Clean, simple, and intuitive. Absolutely recommend this software if your current ATS is cluttered, has limitations, and requires a lot of unnecessary steps to navigate through. Hopefully you get Monica Evje as your IS... she is great!

Intuitive, Effective, Innovative.
Pros:- Scheduling interviews have never been easier for our Talent Team. Our conference rooms are linked to Lever so we can do everything without checking Google Calendar!- Easy to use interface. Every tab, page, and profile is very user-friendly, with the recruiter/hiring manager in mind.- Sending candidates a link to schedule their phone interview cuts down on the back and forth.- Communication between approvers, hiring managers and interviewing team is ridiculously easy that even my mom ...

Awesome ATS and so much more!
Lever is an amazing recruitment tool! An ATS, analytics platform, relationship manager and referrals tracker all in one, Lever has thus far fulfilled our needs and exceeded our expectations as an medium-sized organization. Emphasis on Support!
From demo, to implementation, to launch, the Lever team has been highly responsive and supportive in making the tool an integral part of talent acquisition at KIPP Los Angeles. I would highly recommend Lever as we have seen not only an increased number of applicants, for much faster time to fill averages since implementation.
