Great product, simple to use, so many features!

I implemented Lever at the small start-up where I work over about a month or maybe less. It was super easy to learn, very user-friendly. I found the help documentation to be very thorough and useful for when I got stuck on trying to figure the system out. My non-recruiter colleagues needed very little training on using the features that they need to use. We just implemented Lever around 2 months ago. It is a very good tool that makes our lifes much easier. It is a very good and flexible tool, easy to use and very user friendly. I would recommend it for everyone who needs a flexible and user friendly Recruitment tool.

We are a recent customer of Lever and have been using the ATS for about a month. The implementation process was smooth all thanks to our implementation manager, Monika. We had many questions and requests, which she was able to accommodate very well. The ATS is robust and intuitive. I am amazed at its automated features and the ability to streamline the entire interview process.

ATS on steroids

Amazing product, which brought our recruitment to a whole new level. I love the simplicity of the interface, the reporting, the automation and the nurture feature. Implementation was flawless, everything is so good explained and prepared. Our hiring managers love it as well.

Lever is great!

Lever is great!As a repeat customer, I think Lever is quite simple to use and offers great features to help teams keep the hiring process moving. I love the control I have over e-mail templates, delayed responding, snoozing candidates, the pipeline, and integrations.

Easy to implement; easier to use

If Lever is dogfooding their own product as I imagine they are, then it has definitely helped them to hire the best people for themselves. I suppose there is no better testament to how well their product works. The UI is super intuitive

The UI is super intuitive. The learning period for comfortably navigating the system and time to value was minimal. This has been a great tool for our team and even better for our hiring managers who are loving the new system. Also, with our old ATS the problem we ran into was that our hiring managers weren't able to leave notes or feedback about their interviews in a central location. As we scaled we knew we needed a new solution and Lever was an easy choice.
