Lever is awesome, I recommend!
Recently switched from Workable to Lever, have been using it for a couple of months already, it's been going smoothly so far. I love Lever's cool features for sourcing like Chrome extension or Nurture campaigns and my favorite one for scheduling is easybook link, it's just perfect! Of course there are a few things to improve but what's important is that Lever hears your feedback and Monika was so helpful with that! Really liked Lever. Easy Book link is very helpful and saves a lot of time when scheduling. And overall transition to it was rather smooth.

Recently switched to Lever...it's going great!
We recently switched to Lever from a different ATS and things are much more streamlined now. The system is intuitive, nicely designed, and cuts out a lot of administrative work! I use LinkedIn Recruiter, as well, and these two systems integrate so well together. Our implementation specialist, Otto, has been immensely helpful throughout the process. I'm excited to continue using Lever as our organization continues to grow!

Lever is a great tool for our team and even better for our hiring managers who are loving the new system. Our primary reason for purchasing Lever was the GDPR compliance. The system makes it easy to manage candidates who no longer need to be stored. We're happy with the system.

Our implementation went off without a hitch
Our implementation went off without a major problem. Otto was very responsive to all questions / issues. Lever itself is extremely easy to implement and use. I would recommend to any firm looking for an applicant tracking system

I would highly recommend using Lever to any growing startup! Having minimal experience using ATS's, the layout and interface make using Lever a breeze! Not only does it make my job easy to it also allows the candidates we're managing to have a great experience as well!

Great ATS for small companies that want…
Great ATS for small companies that want to grow fast. The way it sets up candidates and jobs makes it really easy to manage pipeline and to have line of sight to the entire recruiting team. The integrations with our other systems is nice to have. The improvements in the past 3 years have been well-targeted. Scheduling has improved a lot as has permissions and approval chains. Great product.
