Invaluable part of our process

There's no way we could manage our recruiting process with the lean / anemic team that we have. I was able to manage 65 engineering candidates on my own. I keep track of all the communication, receive their background prior to the interview, can automate the scheduling, and keep track of more specific information like code submissions / reviews.Saying Lever is a critical part of our recruitment process would be an understatement.

Great Experience!

Our company has tried out a few different systems and LEVER is our favorite by far. It's easy to set up and easy to use. Even team members outside of our HR department are becoming more hands on with the ATS. From Demo to Implementation, the staff at LEVER was friendly, fast, and extremely helpful. I recommend Lever to every Recruiting team out there. The ATS was created by developers that understand what Recruiters need and understand how little time we have in our days (the lever chrome extension is such a huge time saver). Managers are not the easiest to convince when it comes to ATS but with Lever and the slack integration it makes it easier to collect feedback without having to chase it. I had a great implementation experience…

I had a great implementation experience with Regi. We are still very new to the platform, but I've found it to be very user-friendly. I also really appreciate the report tools that are available, as our last ATS was missing that. I've used a lot of different systems (Salesforce, iCIMS, Greenhouse, Google Hire) and I've found Lever to be the most efficient so far.

As an organization going from no ATS to Lever, I am completely blown away by the product, functionality and the ease of use! In addition, the implementation team (Amelia) has been amazing and guide me through every step of the process.
