We needed a serious update from old legacy email and spreadsheet tracking process. Lever has been an instant upgrade - which is a slight understatement given all the additional features (email and calendar sync, Nurture Campaigns, etc.) and integration it offers (e.g. Slack, LinkedIn, etc.). Lever as a Whole and Implementation
Lever is such a unique product in all the best ways. As far as an ATS goes, it is, in my opinion, the best ATS system on the market. The main two reasons behind this are ease of use and Implementation. Lever isn't built for engineers or tech savvy people, but for recruiters and users. After Implementation, our users have provided nothing but great feedback about the system. As far as our Implementation goes, we were blessed to have Monika as our Implementation specialist. Lever meets all your needs!
Overall experience with Lever has been excellent. Love that they are user-friendly for recruiters, candidates and hiring managers. We loved the great customer service! The implementation and integration with other job boards was an organized, smooth process. This has definitely added value to our recruiting strategy and is giving us a more proactive approach by building a talent pipeline. No regrets and would recommend to others.
