Young product but with bright future
PROS: Level11 provides intuitive interface and stable platform, once you learn how to use this software you will see that it is very useful for each sales department in each company. New product but helpful one
PROS: Level11 has intuitive interface and stable platform and this means that the software is easy to use and helpful for every sales department within companies. The product is new and they constantly work on its growth and improvements. CONS: The metrics are not as intuitive as they should be but on the other hand, the product has great support team that helps us with its functionality. This is must have product for creating productive environment within the departments
PROS: I like the integration with Salesforce and all its filters. The leader board is on huge screen and it provides us with all reps. This is customizable software and I feel that its customer service cares about our needs and they are always open to new suggestions. One of its support team was on the phone for and hour so she can help us to start with some of its feature. Intuitive and easy to use software
PROS: We are able to put Admins as end users and they are allowed to do the whole set up process. Manager team is very helpful and they help us during the whole process. Everything is easy to set up, even the security permissions we managed to set it up via Wizards but there is a possibility to implement it via Salesforce Permissions sets. "Good quality sales team management tool"
What do you like best about LevelEleven? I liked the competition functionality of the tool, where you could integrate it with Salesforce and create so many different customized contests. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? I disliked some kinks where you couldn't use any field out of SF in your criteria, just some of them. What do you like best about LevelEleven? The user friendliness of it. It is extremely beneficial. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? I'd like to be able to see leaders in a particular area What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? We are identifying who is doing their job and who is not. "Smooth implementation, immediate value, terrific support"
What do you like best about LevelEleven? The implementation process was extremely well organized and managed, with lots of hand-holding and continued support afterwards. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? There are a few reporting limitations which they are actively working on. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking sales activities, coaching salespeople for greater productivity.

"Great for Competitions"
What do you like best about LevelEleven? LevelEleven allows you to create metrics on just about anything that you can normally report on in SFDC. Building team metrics is incredibly easy, and displaying them on a TV in the sales room allows our reps to quickly hold each other accountable. What do you dislike about LevelEleven?
