"Game Changer for Monitoring Metrics and Running Sales Contests"

What do you like best about LevelEleven? The user interface to create, setup, and assign metrics. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? Secondary metrics are not visible by the users, only the managers. What problems is LevelEleven solving and how is that benefiting you? Monitoring outdated data in Salesforce and running Sales contests.

What do you like best about LevelEleven? The company's open attitude toward implementing ideas from it's customers. Level 11 expedites changes to the application to meet business needs of it's customers extremely fast and they consistently directly ask us for changes. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? I like that we are able to monitor our progress on key performance metrics real time and address issues or concerns as they surface during the month rather than at the end of the month. I also like the coaching component. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? The only dislike is the default time frames for performance metrics. What do you like best about LevelEleven? Ability to organize coachable metrics and the visual capabilities of Channel11 displayed on the sales floor TVs. What do you dislike about LevelEleven? The interface isn't always intuitive, the metrics can be tricky to accurately pull from Salesforce.
