The best CRM for the money based upon my experience

What do you like best? This CRM does the basics so well. Easy to learn (literally 5 minutes to start and then just follow the main dashboard for what you need. We run a Team of 7 people and each member can subscribe themselves for the low monthly fee. We have tried other more popular (read more complicated CRM's and found them to be too difficult, too long learning curve, and too feature laden to be of real value. What do you like best? That all permanent information stays in place and I can easily add notes to each customers file from my phone or computer. What do you dislike? What do you like best? This CRM is easy to use. My time is valuable figuring out new programs takes a while so with the other CRM's I've tried I would give up after a month or two with very little of my customer and potential customers being in the CRM.
