"Best in Class Loan Origination Software"

What do you like best about LendingPad? LendingPad is a very comprehensive LOS and works very well for mortgage brokers. Customer service is also best in class and always available to assist. By far the best LOS we have seen. What do you dislike about LendingPad? I wish there were more comprehensive instruction guides, manuals, and video tutorials. The basics are covered, but being this is such a comprehensive tool, it would be helpful to have more self-guided lessons. What problems is ...

What do you like best about LendingPad? How the user interfaces easily works with our POS system. What do you like best about LendingPad? I love that I can see my application page by page and put all the information, lock etc., in so that when I run reports, all the information is there. What do you dislike about LendingPad? It was a little hard to learn the system. There are helpful articles, but sometimes they do not help. "Very User Friendly"

What do you like best about LendingPad? The Loan Application tab has the 1003 broken down into 6 EASY tabs allowing quick and easy access to the information. What do you dislike about LendingPad? When entering the seller credit, it sometimes disappears after I save it. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Lending Pad solves my problems as soon as I click the chat and send the link to my lending pad.

What do you like best about LendingPad? NOTHING. IT ALL IS A GIANT CLUSTER. NOTHING FLOWS AND NOTHING MAKES SENSE. THE SOFTWARE DOESN'T TALK TO THE REST OF THE FILE AND YOU CONSTANTLY HAVE TO RETYPE YOUR DATA. YOU CANT EVEN COPY FROM ONE FILE TO THE NEXT WITH THE SAME FILE. What do you dislike about LendingPad? What do you like best about LendingPad? The ease of viewing and quick response from customer service. What do you dislike about LendingPad? The only dislikes are its speed as sometimes and the being unable to input lender credit as a % of the loan amount. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Ease of access to multiple platforms (MAC WINDOWS LINUX ETC.)

What do you like best about LendingPad? It's pretty easy to use. Easy to import a file and such. I came from Encompass and Calyx and am happy with Lending Pad! Takes a little getting used to just like any program, but most of it is easy to find for doing a majority of what you're looking for without hidden screens, secret folders and hidden menu options. "Cleanest and most user friendly LOS system I've ever used"

What do you like best about LendingPad? With previous systems, It would take me roughly 1-hour to write a loan. LendinPad I was under 10 minutes after my 4th loan written in their system. On top of that, they have a chat box in the lower corner with little to no wait time to reach their staff. What do you dislike about LendingPad? What do you like best about LendingPad? Everything is one place. It is beneficial when talking with borrowers and reviewing key pieces of information. You don't have to use or log into a completely different software to view the documents that have been uploaded. What do you dislike about LendingPad? There is nothing I dislike.
