What do you like best about LendingPad? Great customer service, support is always quick to respond to tickets What do you dislike about LendingPad? Errors from creating business rules. AUS errors What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? It allows me to quickly write loans without having to wait for encompass to load, also the reports make it easy to check on activity

What do you like best about LendingPad? Being able to run AUS prior to sending out preapprovals. Having it internet facing so that I can access it from other places Feels modern vs calyx which feel like its from the 90s What do you dislike about LendingPad? If you have it open for too long, you cannot save your work as it caches too quick. The support team has been a bit rude before. "Lending pad has made my pre approval process with clients so much easier then the previous company"
What do you like best about LendingPad? I like how it tracks all my passed leads, current and future clients. What do you dislike about LendingPad? It does glitch sometimes which I know will be fixed. What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? Keeping all my clients organized in one location is helping me a lot.

What do you like best about LendingPad? We like how everything from the credit report to the underwriting conditions are saved in one spot. At first, coming from Encompass, there was a learning curve, but once you get the hang of it, there is no turning back. What do you dislike about LendingPad? "Easy to Learn, Tremendous Support"
What do you like best about LendingPad? The platform has excellent support staff who can Identify issues and resolve them quickly. What do you dislike about LendingPad? when i don't have files to enter in the system, they have made everything that simple it is a joy to work with What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? The ease of running automated underwriting system is huge.

What do you like best about LendingPad? the navigation makes sense and the error popups let you know what needs fixing What do you dislike about LendingPad? sometimes the way the error has been set out makes it a little hard to follow when you are in a hurry, dot points would be fantastic What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? easy loan prequalifying

What do you like best about LendingPad? Captures all details of the Fannie Mae files What do you dislike about LendingPad? Contacts don't sync to crm very wel. Some data but. It all Carrie's over. What do you like best about LendingPad? I like that we can add every detail about our borrowers, and any teammate will be able to see it. From names, AKAs, and properties owned to employment, liabilities, and more! Plus, you can send the requests through Lendinpad, title requests, VOE, Hazard Insurance and more, so it makes my life easier by just clicking on the preview and then send. "Intuitive software"
What do you like best about LendingPad? It isn't Point. And you have online chat to answer questions as they come along What do you dislike about LendingPad? Updates to mortgagee clauses can be delayed What problems is LendingPad solving and how is that benefiting you? It is mobile and doesn't have any glitches like Point. I could not even do an LE that was accurate with Point.
