What is Ledge?
Ledge is a close platform built around what it calls accounting agents. The agents prepare reconciliations, working papers and journal entries, and the accounting team reviews and approves the output before anything posts. Covered work includes intercompany allocations and eliminations, payroll and expense accruals, revenue and deferral schedules, flux analysis, and bank, cash and balance sheet reconciliations. Entries post to NetSuite only after approval. The platform also tracks live close status and cash positions across accounts. Ledge sells three plans named Track, Execute and Enterprise as one platform fee, and publishes no figure against any of them.
