What do you like best about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk is an efficient tool to capture and nurture leads. I love it! What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Nothing! Call quality could be much better though. Maybe a new headset design as well? What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Capturing leads after hours and following up with them first thing the next day.

Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: LeaseHawk should be more simple for the user. In certain areas it requires too much information OR too many clicks to proceed to the next phase. If it is not utilized by the teams correctly and not updated all the time it doesn't provide accurate information. It's only as smart as what you tell it! What do you like best about LeaseHawk? While there is a lot to love, the transparency is my favorite feature. We can easily see what our communities are doing and quickly implement fixes where needed. The reporting has an amazing customizable dashboard. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk?
