"Slow moving and not very user friendly"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The texting and email templates that auto populate the prospects info What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? LeaseHawk always seems to run way to slow when going from page to page. It is also not very user friendly...for example, too many clicks to try and deactivate someone out of the system. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? We are definitely able to reach out to prospects more.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The website is easy to navigate. It could be a good tool with Leasehawk staff training What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? I do not like how subjective the scoring is. We have had to dispute several calls to get correct scoring. Would like to have longer calls scored versus only short calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? Making sure all of the information is given to prospects.

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? That there is an app that can be used on the desktop and phone What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? That name, phone number and email address does not populate when switching from a lead to a prospect. You have to write down that information so you can go to the prospect screen and type in that information Nothing can be attached when sending an email to a prospect to customize the response Conversations do not transcribe well Once a prospect is ...

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like lease hawk because it is all in one place What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? You can see who is calling . It gives you place to be able to send emails and text or phone calls. What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? I'm able to text or email potential residents if they don't want to give phone numbers

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? An easy way for our whole team to manage leads. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Sometimes the team would respond to the same leads without seeing the other person already did. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: Great Tool has helped our team so much! What do you like best about LeaseHawk? The text option!! It is great to be able to text prospects and residents. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? There is not really anything that I do not like. Recommendations to others considering LeaseHawk: It is a great way to keep up with all of your calls and be able to text all of your people!! =) What problems is LeaseHawk solving and how is that benefiting you? "Easy to use"

What do you like best about LeaseHawk? After starting to understand the reason for lease hawk it became much easier for me to use. The battle, in the beginning, is because I didn't know, the value it carries. Lease hawk is a great tool to place information of importance for future present or maybe's. What do you like best about LeaseHawk? I like how we can instantly log info in during calls. The fact that our company has access to all calls are important to the team as a CSR. What do you dislike about LeaseHawk? Leasehawk does not have a missed call section. So even when the call is missed, it is logged and brings our numbers up when it was not even a full call!
