I am a long term user of LearnWorlds and find it a really good platform for my courses. I have also been very pleased with the support I have received, which is normally very quick and they go out of their way to help me resolve any issues I have had over the years. I have no hesitation in recommending Learnworlds

No provider is 100% perfect

No provider is 100% perfect. And that includes LearnWorlds. However, of all the platforms I've worked with in the past across the spectrum I need for my small business, the support at LearnWorlds has always been amazing. I don't consider myself very technically savvy, and so I really appreciate how they meet me where I am. Sometimes, I need a little more tech hand-holding than at other times. Excellent Customer Support & Useful Course Platform

I've used LearnWorlds for years and have had a consistently good experience. I wouldn't say it's the easiest to use platform, but once you learn the interface, there are lots of options for customization.I think what sets this platform apart is the customer service. I feel like I've got a full team ready to help me troubleshoot whenever issues come up. I always get useful solutions within a few hours, and that's so helpful when building out complex courses!
