I do like all the options for feedback collection and evaluation and how they are presented in the app. Usually, these kinds of things are super hard to track, but Leapsome makes the entire usage seem super easy. What do you like best about Leapsome? I love that I can just hop into Leapsome when something pops into my head and add it to the next 1:1's list of topics. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I dislike having to get approvals for goals unless I set the goal as private. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It solves the problem of maximizing the value of 1:1 time. It also solves the problem of tracking goals.
