What do you like best about Leapsome? Transparency into teams and peer goals and progress. Also the goal tree makes sure departments and individual goals align with the business objectives. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Nothing comes to mind right now. Happy with the product so far. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Planning and reporting. Also helps with accountability and tracking the progress of KPIs.
