"Great platform to keep track of performance"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I really like how you can set up recurrent meetings and set their agendas easily, and also mark these action points later. Also, the way you can get scores (self, peers, manager) and analyze the trends makes it very easy to decide the areas to focus on. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I'm not a big fan of spider/web/radar charts. I'd much rather have bar charts with the metrics instead, but I do understand they work for comparison. Also, I'd like to ...

"Nice tool for performance management"

What do you like best about Leapsome? I like that we can track points from each meeting rather easily. What do you dislike about Leapsome? That we don't have one cumulative view where we can see all the points(for a particular period) in one place. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? My personal favourite is the meetings function that we use for 1:1s, it makes it easy to organize and plan them as well as set goals and create objectives for long lasting improvements.
