"Amazing tool for people management processes"
What do you like best about Leapsome? Performance reviews and employee engagement surveys are the best tools. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I haven't had a bad experience with Leapsome yet. Until now, as an employee, everything has been going very well. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Answer engagement surveys help me give my point of view to my company. Performance reviews help me provide feedback faster.

"It is a very intuitive tool"
What do you like best about Leapsome? What i Like the most the wide range of options available What do you dislike about Leapsome? what I like the least is that sometimes I find it difficult to modify some targets What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It is basically solving the issue of having standard and shared objectives.

"Easy to track down your progress"
What do you like best about Leapsome? I like the way how each goal can be set up with action items based on the stage, progression, and timeline. It makes it easier to track down what have you done and what is the next step. General UI is easy to use for everyone also and like you can share feedback to your colleagues that you know what you have done well and what can be improved. What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Way easy to use and very helpful to keep a reminder of events and a proper well organised."
What do you like best about Leapsome? The remainder of the events, the elaborative instructions, and helpful in communicating quite well with our colleagues. What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Clear and nice platform."
What do you like best about Leapsome? The platform is nice looking; it regulates the surveys efficiently and clearly. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Generally, not a lot so far. Some improvement of the organizational structure page might help. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? It's nice in managing performance reviews and anonymous surveys.

"It's useful, and can give you the correct way of giving feedback by criteria"
What do you like best about Leapsome? It's made it easy for the user, and you don't spend time. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Well, the only think i dont like are the colors ( i have problem to much coloring ) What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? Easy/user -friendly tool to monitor/ update all the information. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't see any place where i am not comfortable in the Leapsome tool, don't have answer as of now What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome motivates me to give more feedback to my colleagues and plan my tasks and goals easily. The reminders about the meetings and their agendas are also helpful. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Sometimes it is hard to navigate and the percentage about the task are unclear. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Reminding me about meetings agendas and making me more productive

"Very useful tool for managing man power."
What do you like best about Leapsome? Leaves and absences tool. It is very helpful and enables the managers to know exactly when someone is absent. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Survey and feedback ui. Imo it could be emhanced a lot so that we can find what we are looking for faster. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Providing upword feedback to management and not only downwards is something that Leapsome enables to do quite well.

What do you like best about Leapsome? It is user-friendly and complete. It helps to keep track of the progress and becomes the container of new ideas What do you dislike about Leapsome? I do not see flaws in the platform itself. What can become an issue is how companies use it. You cannot only track and keep all the precious info from the employees, but you need also to execute based on them. Otherwise, the risk is that employees get disengaged and feel unheard.
