What do you like best about Leapsome? I am reminded of tasks per my communication cycle on timely basis. Getting to your tasks from deep links from Slack or email is easy. Text areas and UX is not unnecessarily complicated. What do you dislike about Leapsome? Maybe bright colors would look better. Perhaps a different font/branding What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Daily task reminders. Better survey UX.

What do you like best about Leapsome? The feature which I like most in Leapsome is the performnance review and how the information is cascaded/communicated between teams and the transperancy of the results. What do you dislike about Leapsome? I don't see any issue in using Leapsome so far. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? Transperancy in submitting and manage team performance.

What do you like best about Leapsome? All the features provided help connect the members of the same organisation and evaluate the dynamics. What do you dislike about Leapsome? There is nothing I specifically dislike about leapsome. What problems is Leapsome solving and how is that benefiting you? The surveys created by different teams and performance evaluations are correctly handled, which benefits members. The other options for creating these features are also beneficial.

"Absolute superb Tool until you come across OKRs"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Giving feedback is just great. The idea to ask your coworkers for feedback is not new, but the amount of predefined fields and the ease of use is perfect. Especially the case with the rockets, it just show you cool smb is! What do you dislike about Leapsome? The complete OKR part is just a "quick fix" it seems and sorry to say, not working in the scientifical sense of the toolset! Here leapsome has to go a long development route or hire some OKR ...

What do you like best about Leapsome? Able to enter your goals and mark the progress of it (e.g in percentages of the works done so far in relation to your goal) What do you dislike about Leapsome? "Great platform! Easy to use, but can cover lots of different tasks"

What do you like best about Leapsome? Leapsome's interface is very user friendly - me and most of my team managed to start using it quickly, without too much training. I especially like the goals and OKR tool (tree view, wow!) and the 121 / meetings tool (also great integration with Google cal). What do you dislike about Leapsome? What do you like best about Leapsome? Setting up performance goals with specific targets to aim at. Also, the employee assessment tool which is quite comprehensive. What do you dislike about Leapsome? In instances where the performance goal is working towards a lower value from a previous higher value e.g reduction of losses from 25% to 10%, it can be quite challenging to set up for starters, and the metric can be inadvertently inverted.
